What's unique about the V400D02 you ask? First off Walkera is well known in designing and manufacturing remote control helicopters, and supplied them in the highest quality at competitive prices. With the popularity of flybarless helicopters increasing over the years Walkera incorporated the same technology into the V400D02 without the high price tag. Traditional helicopters have a thing called a flybar which is a mechanical stabilizer with a lot of moving parts. To keep things short the V400D02 is now flybarless which has the mechanical stabilizer removed and instead have been replaced with the state of the art Walkera 3-Axis gyro system and flybarless technology. The main advantage of being "flybarless" is there are less moving parts and allows slightly longer flight times all while having the same stability as a flybar setup.
The 6 channel Walkera V400D02 comes pre-adjusted out of the box so there is no guess work on how to properly setup the helicopter. The Devo 7 transmitter has all of the flight settings already programmed in so all the pilot would have to do is charge the flight battery, install 8AA batteries to the transmitter, and read through the operating manual while the flight battery is charging with the included AC Lipo balance charger.
The V400D02 features Walker's flybarless 3-axis gyro auto stabilizing technology for precise, stable, and smooth flying. A brushed 380PF main motor, brushed tail motor, ESC, and digital servos all pre-installed and already adjusted for the first flight out the box.
