Order Online & Pick Up in Person

A free pickup service option provides local customers the convenience to pick up their order from our warehouse instead of waiting for it to be shipped.

Location: South El Monte, California, 91733

Service Hours:  Monday to Friday 11am to 4pm PST, except national holidays.

You will receive a "Ready for Pick Up" confirmation email as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Usually your order is ready to be pickup on the same business day if order is placed before 12PM PST.

Note: If you do not receive an email within 1-2 business days, please contact our Customer Service team.

Before you go to pick up your order, please bring all of the following items with you. You will also need to sign for the package.  The ID name and credit card must match the order.

  • Your government-issued photo ID
  • The credit card used on your order
  • Printed copy of your Order Invoice or order number.

Your orders will be held for seven business days after a "Ready for Pickup" email issued to you. We'll send you a reminder email during the seven business days pickup period. If an order is not picked up after the holding period, we will return the merchandise to the warehouse and refund your method of payment.
