The T-28 Trojan was a piston-powered U.S. military trainer used in the 1950’s through the early 1970’s. The original Trojan had a frameless canopy and an impressive engine that gave it a top speed exceeding 280 mph. 

Airfield has created a powerful, high performance, scale T28. Now you can build an electric scale replica of this historical warbird. The Airfield T28 is for intermediate to advanced Pilots. The fuselage is constructed with EPO foam and painted. The main wings, horizontal, and vertical stabilizer are also constructed with EPO foam and painted. Airfield’s T-28 flies stable and agile and it is designed for outdoor flying. Its tough EPO (Expanded Polyolefin) construction is exceptionally resistant to damage and can be easily repaired with any medium-viscosity CA or epoxy.
